Return policy

     All our HID xenon products in color boxes will be packed in cartons when delivering, please check the appearance of the cartons first, to see whether there are any dilapidations or not when you get the goods from carrier, if there are, please take photos of them and send to us for complaint, and please check the quantity, the corresponding items, the inside box situation and so on for a immediate confirmation and send email to us if there are any questions.

    All parts are under at least one year quality guarantee, we will replace new parts for you if they are caused by quality defects, please inform us the matter at least one week earlier before you deciding to return them back to us, otherwise, we will not accept replacement items.

    Please keep all these returned back bug parts in good condition, to make sure that they are prtected well when delivering back to us, this is very important to us, especially the ballasts and the lamps. After you delivered them out please also keep us informed as soon as you can, include the details of the returned back parts, in order to get the returned back parts from our custom successfully, this is also very important to us. Customers have to be in charge of all cost happen during the returning.

    When we received the defects, we will test them first and give you a report if there are any quesions, and then, decide whether these parts are still under the guarantee period or tally with the return conditions. All these replacements will be resent to you again together with your orders, if it is needed urgently, please contact us first.

    Wrongly ordered products are not covered by replacement in principle, please be noticed that. We don't accept withdrawal goods which were ordered normally before.
